Drapery Panels

Drapery panels can be ordered to bring a decorative touch to your windows or for more functional purposes like light gap blockage or full panel closure depending on your window size. They pair beautifully with Roller, Dual Sheer, or Natural shades.

Drapery panels can be ordered in single, double, triple, and quadruple widths and custom lengths. Header options include grommet, pinch pleat, ring ready, back tab, and rod pocket.

Pinch Pleat

Pinch pleat is recommended for operational or stationary draperies. For operational draperies, appropriate hardware choices include rods with rings or traversing rods. 

​Euro pleat draperies are pinched at the top of the pleat for a modern style. French pleat draperies are pinched at the bottom of the pleat for a traditional style. Both styles are available with 2-finger pleats or 3-finger pleats.

Decorative Pleats

Decorative pleat styles are recommended for stationary draperies only due to their construction and stack back. Box pleat draperies have the pleats formed by two equal fabric folds to the back, creating a flat face at the header. Cartridge pleat draperies include a foam insert that creates the cartridge. Cartridges have a fabric matched cover to conceal the insert from the top view.

Grommet

Grommet is recommended as operational panels up to certain sizes (see Note below) or as stationary panels. 

​Note: Grommet panels operate smoothly when each panel is 52” x 120” or less. Larger panels may drag or require center brackets the grommets cannot pass. For split draw styles, use two panels (each ≤ 52” wide) with a bracket in between.

Ripple

Ripple is recommended for operational panels and is a good solution for large coverage areas. Ripple features continuous S-shaped waves across the width of the panel that create a clean, modern look. Ripple draperies must be installed on tracks with carriers suitable for snap tape. 

Folds are created by the combination of snap tape sewn to the top of the panel and carriers in the track. Ripples remain uniform and glide smoothly when opened or closed.

Tape Placements

Tapes are available in plain or decorative styles. Tapes are not available for sheer fabrics. Draperies with tapes may also be ordered with trim. Draperies that use plain or decorative tapes are not available to be ordered with color blocking.

Tapes have the following placement options:

• Inset - There will be 1" of space between the edge of the drapery and the tape.
• Edge - Tape will be applied directly to the edge of the drapery.

Trims

Trims are available in pom pom, bead, tassel, and cord styles. Trims are not available for sheer fabrics. Draperies with trims may also be ordered with tapes.

Trims are applied to the operational edge of the drapery.

Pom pom, bead, and tassel trims have a decorative braid that can be ordered as hidden or visible. Hidden braids will be send inside the side hem. Visible braids will be sewn to the face of the drapery. Cord trim can only be ordered as hidden.

Draperies that use trims are not available to be ordered with color blocking.
