Shade operationDual sheer shades offer the perfect combination of light and privacy by simply adjusting the shade's horizontal fabric bands.
Align the fabric bands in the open position for light and view-through, or close the bands for privacy and shade. Fully raise the shade to allow full light and enjoy the view. |
FunctionalityDual sheer shades offer the functionality of a roller shade while allowing view-through when the shade's bands are open. When selecting your fabric, keep in mind that shade band heights will determine the amount of visibility allowed by each pattern. Band heights are listed by pattern in our Swatch Shop.

Dual Sheer Shades come standard with your choice of a rounded or square cassette. Both cassette options have a 3" profile. Rounded cassettes come standard with a fabric insert. Square cassettes can be ordered with or without fabric wrap.

Control Options

Clutch Control
Dual sheer shades come standard with clutch control. Cord loops are available in five colors that will coordinate with the cassette. Stainless steel chain is available as an upgrade option. Shades ordered with clutch control come with a cord tensioner that must be installed. The cord tensioner secures the cord loop to the wall, reducing the strangulation hazard for children and pets. When ordering shades with clutch control, make sure to consider where your cord tensioner will be installed. |

Cordless Control
Cordless control is available as an upgrade option. Cordless shades are held in place by a spring system located inside of the shade tube and are operated by pulling down or pushing up on the shade. Shades can be raised or lowered to an exact position. Cordless Lift Assist Poles are available for shades in hard-to-reach places. Lift Assist Poles can be used to push the shade up or pull the shade down. |

Wand Control
Wand Control is a unique and affordable motorization option. Wands hang to the side of your shade and allow operation of the shade at the push of a button. Wands are available in five colors that will coordinate with cassettes. Wand control shades are charged through a charging port in the back of the wand. Charging cables connect from the charging port to your wall outlet. Motor batteries generally require re-charging every three to six months. |

Remote Control
Remote control shades are operated through hand held remotes or through your smart phone/select smart home technologies when paired with the Pro Hub (below). Remote control motors are charged through a charging port in the motor head at the top of the shade. Charging cables connect from the charging port to your wall outlet. Motor batteries generally require re-charging every three to six months. |
