Shade Panel Styles

Flat Shades
Flat shades feature a flat, continuous fabric panel. Liners of flat shades are seamed and include a hidden rib to provide added support. This will show a shadow on the front of light-filtering shades when light is coming through.

Knife Pleat Shades
Ribs are sewn into pockets on the back of the shade. There will be a seam on the front of the shade where each pocket is sewn.

Front Slat Shades
Ribs are sewn into pockets on the front of the shade. There will be a pocket on the front of the shade where each rib is inserted.

Hobbled Shades
Hobbled shades are made with extra fabric in each fold, allowing them to keep the folded look of a roman shade even when fully lowered. Hobbled shades are only available in waterfall style (see below). NOTE: Hobbled shades may require extra dressing in the window once installed.

Shade Styles
Standard and waterfall shade styles are available.
Standard shades come with a valance on the front of the shade. Waterfall shades are made with no valance and the shade fabric coming off the front of the headrail.

Clutch Control
Fabric Roman shades ordered with clutch control operate by pulling on a cord loop located to the side of the shade. Nylon cord loops are color coordinated to the shade fabric. Stainless steel chain is also available. Shades ordered with clutch control come with a cord tensioner that must be installed. The cord tensioner secures the cord loop to the wall, reducing the strangulation hazard for children and pets. When ordering shades with clutch control, make sure to consider where your cord tensioner will be installed. |

Wand Control
Wand Control is a unique and affordable motorization option. Wands hang to the side of your shade and allow operation of the shade at the push of a button. Wands are available in five colors that will coordinate with shade fabrics. Wand control shades are charged through a charging port in the back of the wand. Charging cables connect from the charging port to your wall outlet. Motor batteries generally require re-charging every three to six months. |

Remote Control
Remote control shades are operated through hand held remotes or through your smart phone/select smart home technologies when paired with the Pro Hub (below). Remote control motors are charged through a charging port in the motor head at the top of the shade. Charging cables connect from the charging port to your wall outlet.
